Preferred candidate will have extensive experience within the following areas of expertise:



A) Developing and nurturing positive informative relationships with our landlords to accelerate our growth in this sector, and maintain the level of excellence we have established.

B) Prepare CMAs each time a home is up for renewal or available to rent. Thoroughly market the home in MLS and other portals. Vette the tenants in a fair but thorough manner

C) Handle repair issues in a timely manner.

D) Procuring tenants through the utilization of all available marketing tools.

E) Handle tenant requests in a timely manner and with regard to the tenants time needed to handle the repair/ issue. Coordinate vendor visits and consistent follow up to make sure work was done properly
