MACHINE TOOL SERVICE ENGINEER

*Should possess the mechanical ability to disassemble repair and reassemble complex mechanical components.        *Need the electrical ability to understand and troubleshoot 3 phase and low voltage electrical circuitry. 

*Need to know how to read and interpret electrical schematics and have some electronics training.

*Need to have familiarity with CNC machine tools and understand how the control, servo drives, servo motors, spindle drive, spindle motor, and periphery components operate in conjunction to have a functional machine. 

*Need knowledge of how to use the control for maintenance functions to help diagnose problems with the machine.

*Need good communication and interpersonal skills to interface with customers in their facilities. 

*Must have a positive friendly attitude, be well groomed, be willing to travel and work at our customer’s facilities, which may at times require overnight stays.

*Must have a good driving record and be able to pass a company physical
