• Programming


• Systems Configuration


• Client Walkthroughs

• Able to program/troubleshoot multi-room Control4/Savant systems


• Advanced knowledge of IP/Networking concepts, able to troubleshoot/install/setup


• Knowledge of Savant Systems and able to provide programming/troubleshooting


• Security Systems knowledge


• Able to understand, install and setup IP surveillance systems


• Able to provide EXCELLENT customer service 


• Able to discuss potential upgrade opportunities with client


• More advanced knowledge of products offered by Tym Smart Homes
