JOB SUMMARY:

The St. Cloud Menards is looking to fill our fulltime sales positions!

Ideal candidates will be:

• Friendly and outgoing.


• Sales-oriented.


• Able to work independently or in a team.


• Selfmotivated.


• Comfortable using computers and office equipment.


• Able to complete physical work with stocking and moving freight.


• Comfortable climbing and using ladders for regular job duties.


• Able to tactfully deal with guests and team members.


• Experienced in the retail and/or service industries.


• Able to work at least two nights a week and every other weekend. Night and weekend availability is required. Wide-open availability is a necessity for our full-time positions.


• Age 18 with a high school diploma, or age 19 and older.

This position is available 7 days a week during mornings, afternoons and evenings. As a full-time team member, you are scheduled 40 hours per week. Overtime may be available at the discretion of department or store management.

Our store is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays, and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. To have wide-open availability, you must be available to work shifts within our open-to-close range.
