What You’ll Need to Be Successful…

Success in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through selling the loan package to an investor. Experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with knowledge of Jumbo, Conventional, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines and organization skills. Positive attitude is a must.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Teamwork and customer service is a must


• Self-motivated and energetic


• Strong computer and technology related skills


• Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handle multiple tasks

Experience:

• Mortgage Processing


• TRID Guidelines


• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA & VA Underwriting Guidelines


• Must be able to independently calculate all types of self-employment income


• Proficiency with AUS systems


• Manage active pipeline of 25+ funding’s each month
