Our client is seeking Production Operators who will see a product’s transformation from individual ingredients to finished product.
What you will be doing:
You’ll follow instructions provided on a recipe card or “batch ticket” listing which ingredients you’ll gather and the amounts needed. If you’re active, this is the role for you because you’ll use your hustle for lifting and transporting bags of up to 50lbs of ingredients to other team members. After the ingredients are mixed and sifted down to fine particles for quality dissolvent in your favorite powdered drink product, the mixture is bagged, hand labeled and palletized. We hope you’ll feel a deep sense of pride when you see friends and family enjoying products you helped produce!
You’ll be a key part of a high performing team that keeps production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe workplace.
We’ll count on you to help us meet our customer and consumer needs as you:
- Measure, weigh and document ingredients
- Move and transfer ingredients by hand, cart, or forklift (don’t worry, we’ll train you if not certified)
- Document temperature and machine readings with accuracy - your attention detail will be key here
2nd shift opening, must be able to work 4:00PM - 2:30AM Monday - Thursday!
What you'll need to be successful and safe:
Because you’ll be working with ingredients to specific standards, you’ll have either a high school diploma or equivalent or previous work experience with measuring and documenting with detail.
- No need to join a gym! This role will require lifting 4 to 5 50lbs bags of ingredients per minute by hand.
