We expect the Onboarding Program Manager to build out and deliver a world-class onboarding program to equip our health professionals with the right skills, knowledge, process, and enablement tools to maximize growth and success from day one. Your success will be measured by the overall business impact of our onboarding program, feedback from key stakeholders/participants, and deployment of a strategic, data-driven and at the same time empathetic approach.



The ideal candidate has highly relevant experience collaborating across teams and delivering high impact, complex programs.

Role:




  • Drive innovation and experimentation into onboarding programs to drive high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners

  • Train our learners on how to use our platform

  • Oversee converting in-person onboarding program into a blended online experience

  • Be data-driven, focusing metrics and learner’s experience in decision-making and shaping the learner experience

  • Participate in the delivery of onboarding enablement (facilitating live, virtual, weekly sessions)

  • Design a dynamic learning experience that directly leads to our ongoing learning and coaching programs for our health professionals

  • Embrace uncertainty, take risks, and learn quickly from mistakes while looking to achieve more through technology and innovation

  • Own the ongoing strategy for providing a world-class onboarding experience across our revenue teams

  • Identifying opportunities for improving the onboarding experience and working collaboratively with team members to make improvements



You:




  • 2-3 years of onboarding experience in SaaS organizations with increasing influence and responsibility (sales or success onboarding preferred)

  • 2-3 years of online training experience (delivery and instructional design a plus)

  • Successful history of customer first, result-orientation and ownership

  • An excellent communicator (in person, on the phone or video). You can communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders including our clients, their developers, and our partners

  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new business demands and changing environments

  • Startup experience a plus
