Project Lead:

This requirement is in anticipation of, and contingent upon, an award for conducting Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) support for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) of Program Executive Office, Missiles and Space (PEO M&S). The OCIO provides IT support to PEO Headquarters (HQ), 6 PM Offices, external Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine organizations, as well as, various foreign countries with cooperative agreements. Currently the OCIO supports approximately 2500 desktop users and 300 external users. Anticipated contract award date is 1 March 2021 with need for immediate presence to support transition activities.

Duties include:

• Serve as the contractor’s single contract manager and be the contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officers Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.


• Serve as focal point between APM, COR, KO, Division or Directorate/Organization Management, and corporate management regarding all issues and discrepancies. responsible for issues arising from work across the entire contract, as well as the successful resolution of these issues.


• Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.


• Remains current and well versed in the latest IT technologies and provide oversight and guidance in the planning, design, implementation and integration of all current and future projects.


• Management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor/subcontractors personnel.


• Ensures full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and has primary responsibility for Task Order (TO) performance.


• Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of this Contract

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology


• 10+ years’ experience


• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


• IAT Level II Certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP


• Able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) prior to the start of work.

Desired:

• ITIL Level 3 Certification


• MA/MS Degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or 10+ years of relevant experience.

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required. This is a full-time position located in Huntsville, AL.
