MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects of the EAM system (Asset Management System)


• Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods


• Perform root cause analysis specific to machine breakdowns


• Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues


• Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components


• Identify a strategy for stocking critical spare parts


• Determine and implement a strategy for managing tool room non-production inventory


• Monitor and control maintenance processes


• Work with Health, Safety & Environment Manager to enhance health and safety policies and procedures


• Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines


• Develop detailed Preventative Maintenance plans per asset and frequency of said PM’s.


• Management of the maintenance of physical assets of the organization throughout each asset's lifecycle.


• Develop and maintain the accuracy of equipment metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Computer skills (Excel, Word, SQL &, etc.)


• AutoCAD (basic skills for review and modifications – NOT required)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BS. in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering.


• Minimum of 1-2 years of Asset Management (Maintenance) system experience


• Ability to work independently while portraying excellent teamwork mentality


• Problem-solving and innovative solutions to improve first-pass quality


• Dynamic self-motivation and ability to work in high-pressure situations


• Ability to maintain positive morale within the production workforce


• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
