- Responsible for all deliveries made by a delivery unit (DU) across multiple accounts
- Participates in project-specific reviews with clients.
- Ensure adequate onsite staffing for projects
- Conducts internal reviews of projects
- Ensure offshore delivery head is in sync
- Work with account team for mining and delivery
- Serve as a customer escalation point for all DU projects
- Responsible for US-based employee satisfaction
- Work closely with the recruitment team to onboard talent
- Drive innovation within a team
- Be up to speed on trends and encourage the team to improve competency
- Review estimates for bids. Be part of the defense team (if required)
- Engage with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop an understanding of their environment, synthesize findings, draw and presents conclusions.
- Ability to think on alternate proposals, Define/understand client expectations.
- Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
- Develop and manage estimation tools
- Validate that closed contracts & change requests are fully processed
