MWC PMO Planner will support engineering managers and programs, utilizing Primavera P6 v15 plus reporting to plan and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) schedules. This position works closely with Program Managers and Engineering Managers to plan activities and optimize resource loaded schedules, identify schedule risks to program deliverables and implement effective mitigations.



Conduct weekly schedule reviews and program recovery analyses with Program Managers and Engineering Managers

Use published resource workload and availability reports

Establish, refine and sustain planning and scheduling processes to support effective program management practices

Assertively and proactively perform post-mortem on planned versus actual efforts applied to a program to continuously improve planning and estimating



Experience and skills

• Must have 3+ years Primavera P6 Version 8 or newer scheduling experience

• 5+ years’ experience of resource planning or program management (human resources experience acceptable)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills (will be working with mid-level managers closely)

• Positive attitude and team building personality, a must.



Nice to have:

• Strong Excel capability recommended to run SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, SUBTOTALS, PIVOT TABLES, etc.
