Global Manufacturing Engineering Manager - $150-170K – Chemicals & Specialty Materials Manufacturing. Will work with the business and operation teams at strategic levels to define process technology direction and programs of significance to the business.

Key Responsibilities: Identify business issues and develop plans to define and implement technology related solutions that drive improved process safety, capacity release, cost productivity, product quality and new product commercialization. Sponsor and drive a strong sister plant network to ensure consistent Process Safety Management practices and drive Most Effective Technology (MET) deployment. Ensure PSM Technology elements are adequately resourced and systems are in place to ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance, ensuring that Safety corrective actions are completed on time. Proactively drive engagement and consistency across the global production assets for the Process Technology, PHA, Management of Change and Operating Practice elements PSM.

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Engineering Degree required. Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred. 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, technical process development and/or manufacturing process improvements. Experience in chemical/materials processing and associated equipment engineering. Experience leading significant organizational change. Process Safety Management experience. Working knowledge of Research & Development, Manufacturing Technology, Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain functions.
