- Techno-functional role; prefers candidates who can do code review or minor debugging of codes
- Candidates who has only worked on maintenance must have at least 5 years of experience in US Payroll
- US Payroll system implementation experience of 2 years is highly desirable
- Candidate must be able to understand the code logic if not coming from a technical/development background
- Strong knowledge and background in RICEF specific to SAP Payroll module
- Experience creating and maintaining Payroll Schema and Rule
- Comfortable to work in a small team set-up; current team size is 5
