Lazy River At Granville is looking for an energetic team member to add to our reservations team. The Reservation Specialist would be responsible for handling guest reservations, check-ins, inquiries, payments, and deposits. This position would be part time and Seasonal. Hours would be available through the end of October. Successful team members will be asked to return in March.

In addition to reservations the team member will be expected to check in guests and manage the guest experience during their stay including addressing concerns. The team member will also participate in calling guests prior to and after their stay to ensure guest satisfaction.

*Must be available to work until 8 pm Sunday-Thursday and 10 pm Friday/Saturday. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

• Previous customer service experience
