Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and execute business plans for each asset

2. Prepare an annual budget for each asset

3. Oversee all leasing and leasing professionals to ensure 100% occupancy is achieved in each building

4. Oversee all construction and maintenance at each property

5. Ensure maximum value is created for each asset

6. Negotiate all vendor agreements

7. Independently build the asset management department and it’s systems and processes to ensure successful future growth.

Qualifications:

If you feel that you can be the “CEO” of almost 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate, maximize each assets value, and ensure our properties are 100% occupied, you are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of asset management experience with a demonstrable track record of leasing performance particularly with retail shopping centers.
