Our food manufacturing client is looking to hire a Production Supervisor to work the 3rd shift in Rochester, MN. This Supervisor will oversee the daily production duties with 10-20 direct reports.



Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies.


• Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling and packaging.


• Ensure all employees uphold quality and safety food procedures and policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred


• 3+ years of experience in a food/beverage production/manufacturing environment.


• 5+ years of experience in a PS role.


• 3+ years of implementing and managing Continuous Improvement projects is required.


• Green or Black Belt certifications are preferred.


• Fermentation experience is preferred, but not required.


• Experience analyzing work orders to estimate employee hours, as well as creating equipment operating schedules.
