immediate direct hire need for a Logistics Coordinator/Analyst with one of our premier Aerospace Clients located in Mobile, AL.

Position Summary

Working under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the logistics analyst will be responsible for:

1. Manage data reporting for all facets of Logistics operations. Specifically ensuring adequate and accurate performance measurement indicators

2. Plan and schedule all inbound deliveries to ensure capacity and load balance are achieved

3.Provide regular feedback to the operational management team as to TAKT planning completion and projections

4. Accurately and efficiently calculate and report all contractual KPI data on a routine basis.

5.Ensure timely reporting of progress as to stated operational goals and objectives

6.Provide detailed analysis of logistic movements as they relate to inventory accuracy

7. Perform stock adjustments and prepare to report of the same as they relate to cycle count operations, receipt dispute, and lost or damaged parts.

8. Ensure timely printing and sorting and delivery of associated technical drawings and work orders.

9.Manage AOG reporting and Late to Dock Parts via proactive reporting of available information

10.Coordinate with the customer to ensure expedited priorities are satisfied while ensuring balanced operations

11. Support the operations team with other duties as assigned.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of logistics operations, working knowledge of SAP functionality, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, improvement minded, and dynamic in order to handle multiple inputs and competing priorities.

•Strong working knowledge of MS Office is required, to include the creation of Macros and building Pivot tables

•Experience in warehouse and inventory management required

•Aviation experience is a plus

Minimum Requirements

•Associates Degree or higher

•May substitute relevant experience for education

•Must have no relatives currently employed at Daher Aerospace

•Must disclose all previous applications with or employment by Airbus or any contractors to Airbus
