The Federal Acquisition Analyst (Contract Support) provides cradle to grave contract management support capabilities. Duties may include, but are not limited to:




  • Post award contract activities to include modifications, option exercise, and post award kick-off activities

  • Knowledge and understanding of Contract Management terminology (standard forms - SF)

  • Performing tasks related to developing procurement request packages, while supporting program office activities

  • Supporting the development of requirements, market research, estimates, and other related documentation

  • Monitoring contract compliance and deliverables, resolving requests for equitable adjustments and disputes by researching and providing recommendations

  • Creating and maintaining official contract files

  • Providing support within the Office of Acquisition database with all relevant contract information weekly

  • Monitoring performance through CPARS

  • Attending meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes

  • Assisting with planning, conducting and documenting industry engagement events, focus groups and other public events

  • Supporting FOIA requests, Congressional audits, and inquiries (IG, GAO, OI), as well as preparing documentation to defend protests, reproduction and scanning support



Must be US Citizen and ability to receive DHS-TSA Public Trust clearance

 



Education:




  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • HS Diploma required

  • Knowledge of the contract management process - cradle to grave contracting experience or knowledge

  • Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)



Experience:



Requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in federal acquisitions or contract management.
