RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the company’s sales team and guide/direct its efforts across all of the company’s products and services.


• Provide sustainable sales growth and to meet or exceed profitability targets.


• Spearhead sales outreach efforts aimed at senior management levels at current and prospective major national accounts.


• Oversee all Sales and Marketing Functions.


• Hire, train and mentor Sales and Marketing team.

REQUIRMENTS:

• A Bachelor degree is required (Technical is preferred). An MBA is a plus.


• 10+ years of success in industrial sales.


• 5+ years in management and Leadership.


• Any industrial manufactured product (Plastics is preferred).


• Demonstrated record of creative and innovative approaches to the sales function, especially of multi-product lines;


• Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and implement intermediate- and long-range sales and marketing plans and actions, including product positioning, industry image and reputation, trade promotions, and industry events;


• Maturity and intelligence, as evidenced by leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;


• Ability to travel frequently to client sites, field sales locations, trade events, etc.
