We are looking for an energetic individual with an outgoing and positive personality to join us as a Apartment Leasing Executive, to show and lease apartments to prospective students and professionals and to execute the firm's marketing strategies.





Responsibilities




  • Be fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of our properties

  • Attend to all incoming enquiries via phone, email and other channels promptly and effectively in a friendly and professional manner

  • Ensure that leasing details are entered into the Reservation system accurately without errors.

  • Keep the inventory of available apartments up-to-date and update changes in rates

  • Manage our listings on the online leasing channels to ensure that all details are up-to-date and accurate

  • Complete tenancy agreements and collect rental deposit

  • Develop full knowledge of the kinds of information needed for tenancy application, screening processes and policies regarding rentals

  • Develop thorough knowledge of lease terms and specifications

  • Keep abreast of current market conditions and be aware of competitive properties

  • Play an active role in on-going marketing strategies and tenancy renewal process



Requirements




  • BA/BS degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing or related field preferred (Certified true copies of certificates must be presented)

  • Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of leasing experience preferred but will consider fresh graduates with an interest in hospitality work.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office like Excel and Google suite of products like Google Mail, Sheets and Calendar.

  • Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and to set priorities in a demanding work environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • High levels of integrity

  • Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Willing to work in downtown Manhattan and travel between the buildings in the portfolio.

  • Willing to be on standby weekend duty and answer texts outside of normal office hours.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
