Caring Home Care is seeking a Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)l Administrative Assistant in its Orlando Location!
Previous Home Health Care experience is a HUGE plus!!
Essential Functions:
The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department; taking detailed messages as needed.
- Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with various administrative department functions to include: HR and Scheduling
- Complete filing and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Sorts and routes incoming mail; Prepare outgoing mail.
- Compile compose and type memos, routine correspondence, statistical reports and other documents.
- Prepare email communication and other electronic documents as needed.
- Schedule appointments and inter-office meetings for managers.
- Make copies of correspondence and /or other printed material.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Additional Duties:
The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more additional duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Complete special assignments and projects as required to enable efficient departmental operations.
- Attend and participate in meetings and/or training as scheduled or as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hour
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)
