Caring Home Care is seeking a Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)l Administrative Assistant in its Orlando Location!



Previous Home Health Care experience is a HUGE plus!!



Essential Functions:



The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:




  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department; taking detailed messages as needed.

  • Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Assist with various administrative department functions to include: HR and Scheduling

  • Complete filing and clerical tasks as assigned.

  • Sorts and routes incoming mail; Prepare outgoing mail.

  • Compile compose and type memos, routine correspondence, statistical reports and other documents.

  • Prepare email communication and other electronic documents as needed.

  • Schedule appointments and inter-office meetings for managers.

  • Make copies of correspondence and /or other printed material.

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

  • Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures.



Additional Duties:



The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more additional duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:




  • Complete special assignments and projects as required to enable efficient departmental operations.

  • Attend and participate in meetings and/or training as scheduled or as directed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.



Job Type: Full-time



Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hour



Experience:




  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

  • Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)



Education:




  • High school or equivalent (Required)
