MobiBiz Marketing, LLC is hiring 3 full-time Salespeople to offer Digital Marketing Services to businesses, non-profits, communities, and political races throughout the United States. The position is 100% remote.



MobiBiz Marketing, LLC is a start-up Business Development Consulting Company that specializes in Digital Media, Website Development, and Graphic Design. The company started in June 2017 and has a great resume of clients ranging from Political Candidates, Restaurants, General Construction, Real Estate, and Bars & Night Clubs. MobiBiz Marketing, LLC is looking for ONLY 3 driven individuals with the following attributes:



 • 2 Years of Sales Experience

 • 1 Year B2B Sales Experience

 • 1 Year CRM Experience

 • 1 Year Cold-Calling Experience

 • Exceptional Communications Skills

 • Goal-oriented

 • Organized

 • Teachable, willing to learn new skills and stay current on Sales & Marketing Strategies. 



Optional but preferred:

 • A Bachelor’s Degree or better in Sales, Business, or Marketing. Students seeking a degree in these related fields will also be considered. Your degree or the number of years you have been in college may credit the requirements above.

 • Digital Marketing Sales Experience

 • HubSpot CRM Experience

 • Slack Experience

 • Trello Experience

 • Business Networking Experience You will be expected to reach certain attainable calls, sales, and training quotas.



Commission Plan:

MobiBiz Marketing, LLC offers a competitive commission plan that serves to recognize Sales Associates who perform exceptionally. Sales Associates can get up to 25% per NEW sale and OWN up to 10% of that monthly service. For example – if you sell a $10,000 USD Monthly Digital Media Service you will get a $2,500 USD commission followed by $1,000 USD per month if the client continues working with us every month. 



Phase 1: Starting out as a Sales Associate Trainee, you will earn your pay by 100% Commission. You will be under a 3-month review period to determine if you’ve been meeting your quotas. This review period may end sooner depending on performance. 



Phase 2: During or after the 3-month review period, if you’ve been meeting your quotas, you will be promoted to a Junior Sales Associate. Junior Sales Associates qualify for Base Pay and bonuses based on performance. Junior Sales Associates will go under quarterly reviews to determine Leadership & Competencies. This review period may end sooner depending on performance. 



Phase 3: Finally, after a successful quarterly review, you may qualify to be promoted to a Senior Sales Manager. With an increase in base-pay, you will be able to manage other Sales Associate Trainees and Junior Sales Associates. You will earn team commissions based on each individual’s performance and earn exclusive bonuses based off of team performance. Quarterly Reviews will measure quota achievements, leadership abilities, and other competencies.
