One of our clients is seeking a full-time Teachers Aide to assist children with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities in the Maricopa County, Phoenix area.





SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

* Participate in performance reviews/discussions.

* Accept assignments in varying classes, in accordance with the need of the program to provide proper ratio in class groupings.

* Assist in conducting basic instructional activities.

* Assist in student arrival from the buses and dismissal to the buses.

* Accompany assigned students if they leave the building for activities or emergencies.



REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Minimum of 60 college credits within 1 year of starting is required

* Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Teacher's Aide/Paraprofessional/One-on-One Aide with children.

* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
