Qualifications:

• Must have 5-7 years of Basement/Concrete Foreman experience.


• Must have the ability to set forms for cast in place concrete structures and to read and comprehend blue prints.


• Experience in directing and coordinating employees as well as ability to determine scope of work, order materials needed, plan and schedule labor force.


• Must have a good understanding of safety requirements and be able to teach and direct workers in those requirements.
