The Junior Advisor position is the springboard to a long and very rewarding career in the insurance and finance industry. Junior Advisors responsible for being highly active, creating new client and new business opportunities, setting meetings, joining a mentor or Senior Advisor on the meetings, and learning the advice and sales process.
