Keep an inventory of chambers with information of each chamber being the first contact in CGTV team when there are issues reported from the monitoring team or from users. Facilitate material transfers during chamber downtime. Be the chaperon of external engineers. Drive and coordinate the SOP drafting/review and approval with vendors, engineers, scientists, and quality. Drive and coordinate the usage and inventory login procedure with vendors, engineers, scientists, and quality. Send out reminders to related individuals or groups to ensure PM /IQ/OP/PQ activities are executed before the preset deadline. Escalated issues to managements timely. Ensure all equipment documents are achieved timely according to relevant procedures. Handle the retirement of the equipment following procedure. Support equipment owner (scientist will be the equipment owner) and conduct these activities: Schedule equipment ordering/receiving/qualification if needed. Prepare space to meet site specification requirements for installation. Guide equipment owners on the procedure to have equipment SOP issued. Guide equipment owners to set up the usage login procedure. Guide equipment owners to achieve GMP documents following procedures. Be the chaperon of external engineers during IQ/OQ/PM if needed. Support data integrity operations by serving as software/App administrator if needed. Support software upgrade activities and ensure change control are completed if GMP is needed.Requirements and Technology Experience: Pipette and other equipment:-Be the owner of the equipment. Register the equipment in the respective management systems. Prepare space to meet site specification requirements for installation. Calibrate certain equipment as needed. Be the chaperon of external engineers during IQ/OQ/PM. Review and ensure that PM and calibration are provided by the respective service providers according to the timeline. Review and ensure that the activities and reports are achieved according to procedure. create logbook if needed. Handle the retirement of the equipment according to procedure. Send out update to the users during PM/calibration down time. Softmax, ELN, Openlab-Support data integrity operations by serving as software/App administrator if needed. House Keeping. Coordinate and conduct walk-through. Remind scientists to follow lab tidiness and safety codes. propose CI and escalate unresolved issues to management. Sever as POC and coordinate needs and review meetings with the POU vendors for CGTV. Serve as the CGTV POC to Facility Serve as the CGTV POC to house keeping vendors Shipping-Understand the shipping procedures for local and global shipping. Guide scientists to follow the shipping procedure and provide support as needed. Handle the shipping and receiving as needed.
