Immediate need for a talented Senior Study Assistant. This is a 12+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Local to Neenah, WI(Onsite Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interestednbsp;Job ID: 23-30531 Pay Range: $20- $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work locationKey Responsibilities: The Study Assistant II will support human subject testing (HST) studies through a variety of tasks which are necessary to successfully execute procedures of a study. Position is not a guaranteed 40 hours/ week, the hours vary each week based on business needs. This would be a good fit for someone who may want PT hours or close to FT but not exactly FT. The studies being conducted vary each week, candidate would need to have the flexibility to adjust based on business needs (some studies may require evening hours between 4pm-8pm occasionally Tasks included in this role: Welcome participants and assisting them with check in at reception. Learning and utilizing Event Pro software for study participant tracking. Conduct consenting. Ensure participants follow study procedures. Assist participants through the logistics of a study. Conduct data entry. Communication with recruiting agency on participants. Assist Clinical Study specialist as needed. Help maintain study exam rooms/play area/reception with increased cleaning protocols (wiping off toys, counters, etc.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must Have:human subject testing or (HST) or human testing or human subjects, Microsoft Office or MS Office, data entry or data collection or tracking. A minimum of a 2 year degree is required, and at least 2+ years of experience working in an office environment. Experience in Microsoft Office applications is a must. Minimum of a 2 year associates degree and/or 2 years experience working in an office environment. Willingness to work in a team environment, positive interpersonal skills and ability to take direction. Problem solving abilities. Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Microsoft Office applications e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
