Responsibilities

- Performs credit analysis of all credit transactions including corporate loans, syndication loans, leveraged loans and investments

- Reviews internal risk ratings on an interim basis either at own initiative due to changing circumstances of the borrower or conditions in the industry

and/or the general economy or at specific request of the Loan and Investment Manager and recommends changes accordingly

- Interface with auditors and examiners about credit rating issues during on-site exams



Required

- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP).

- Understanding of macroeconomic and industry specific issues and how they might affect the ability of a corporate borrower to repay debt.

- Facility with personal computers in particular ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software.

- Clear and concise writing skills.

- Understanding of the related internal/external regulations and policies, including the Branch’s BSA/AML/OFAC/Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
