Job Title: Program Analyst Location: Madison, WI Top 3-4 desired skills required for the position: User interface customization and optimization to user experience Javascript and API experience Workflow and business process mapping experience Data governance or data management experience Detailed Job Description: The Department of Children and Families, Bureau of Information Technology, Enterprise and Data Architecture team is looking for Programmer-Analyst IV position to help administer our data catalog through the Collibra platform. This position will focus on administering and customizing the platform based on user and agency requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business process and governance flows to to translate into workflows within the platform. This position would primarily work within the Collibra platform as well as utilizing Java and configuring APIs to support the administration of Collibra. This position would also be responsible for the administration of users and organization of data within the platform. The main technologies currently used to support the platform are Java, Eclipse, Floawable BPMN (Activi and Flowable), and Python experience would be highly complementary. The ideal candidate will have experience with data governance or data management practices and concepts.
