Customer Experience Representative - Retention Agent
As you may know, Comcast Cable is one of the nation's largest video, high-speed Internet and phone providers to residential and business customers. We are seeking eager, enthusiastic professionals that are interested in providing top-notch service to our Customers.
As a Customer Experience Representative - Retention Agent, you will be working in a call center, handling inbound calls to retain customers who request to disconnect or downgrade services.
