Looking for Retail Sales Associate to work in this growing electric bike store. We are located in the village of Carlsbad and need an energetic person to work in this fast-paced store that specializes in Sales, Service, Rentals, Tours, and Excursions.  



Duties:

Assisting customers with sales and rentals

Leading a group for a tour / guided ride as needed

Assisting customers with questions on bikes, accessories, rentals, etc.

Helping prepare bikes for rental (change batteries, clean bikes, install accessories, etc.)



Requirements:

Previous retail or sales experience

Ability to work most weekends & and holidays

Organized

Ability to engage customers to drive sales and maintain customer experience

Excellent with computers and a quick learner

Goal orientated and can work with a team

Always shows initiative and looks for things to do

Comfortable on your feet all day

Must be able to lift up to 60-pound item

Loves bikes a PLUS





Part-time position 20 to 30 hours per week.
