Required Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree


• Agile Scrum experience


• Online portfolio


• Expert-level UX research skills


• Experience with Sketch, Axure, Photoshop and other Adobe products


• Knowledge of Lean Startup


• Comfort in the unknown as well as failing fast


• Excellent time management


• The desire to collaborate with a team


• Comfortable drawing paper prototypes or hand drawing anywhere for that matter


• Experience facilitating usability testing and human-centered design workshops


• A strong desire to grow and teach others


• Intermediate HTML/CSS experience, ideally considering HTML and CSS as a prototyping medium


• A desire to be of a true Scrum team, having T-shaped skillsets and being willing and capable to step in and wear multiple hats necessary to meet a sprint goal


• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies


• A passion for accessibility and WCAG compliance
