Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is looking for entry level candidates to work as Cookie Makers for our valued client in Hermitage Pa.



Pay Rate: $9.00 per hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7-330 Some Saturdays. OT is Mandatory when applicable 

Job Description:

• Assists in the production of the cookie making process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works on Cookie line - rolling, cutting, organizing, decorating, packaging


• Helps stage assembly lines for production


• To assist the Line Leader by serving the line ensuring that the proper product is being used


• To follow all regulations as stated in the GMP, and Standard Operating procedures.


• Set up of depositors including, filling and assure proper weight is being deposited.


• Check product for proper size and weight.


• Ensure that the product meets Company quality standards


• Sanitation of equipment and work area at shifts end.


• The Cookie maker must make sure that daily quotas are being met or exceeded


• Other responsibilities as needed


• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.


• Ability to read and comprehend production documents. such as batch formulas.


• Ability to fill out batch formulas and production sheets.


• Ability to understand safety procedures.
