Senior Analyst FP&A



Mission



This position is a member of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, partnering with the Global IT organization to develop key processes as part of a new IT operating model. This role is accountable for managing the core operating and project budgets for the IT organization, partnering closely with the CIO and the IT leadership team.



Key responsibilities include planning, forecasting and monthly analysis of IT operating expenses to provide insight into key drivers and underlying trends. This position is responsible for ensuring that the IT and Finance leadership teams receive the insight required to meet key strategic and financial objectives. The ideal candidate will also support development of an enterprise wide view of IT financials including segmentation to enable improved ongoing financial evaluation; all in support of a drive for efficiency of spend in foundational areas and funding of innovation.

Desired Qualifications



Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance



Years of experience- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience



Level of experience- Previous budgeting, reporting and/or financial analysis experience strongly preferred



Industry experience- Expertise with EPM (BPC) preferred, SAP and/or Business Objects proficiency preferred



Travel %-



Additional qualifications desired:

• Strong Excel skills required


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (candidate will develop and maintain key working relationships across the organization)


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills required


• Ability to conceptualize and think creatively


• Specific experience in the spirits, beverage, or consumer reports business would be a plus
