Summary:



Operating in conjunction with Sound Wealth Management Group (SWMG) Financial Advisors, use knowledge and skills obtained through education, training and experience to proactively manage client development efforts, service levels, and SWMG brand differentiation. With Financial Advisor approval, develop, manage, and execute the SWMG marketing plan – including, client acquisition plans, event marketing, social media optimization and the overall SWMG marketing budget. Ensure all activities are consistent with Raymond James compliance requirements.



Secondarily and due to the unique structure of SWMG, provide client operational back-up using advanced skills gained through training and experience to assist financial advisors and the Senior/Registered Client Service Associate and provide clients with quality service, perform routine tasks, handle assigned service activities with substantial variety and complexity requiring limited decision making responsibility. Routine contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information.



 



Responsibilities




  • Help distribute marketing materials

  • Help organize marketing events

  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)

  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations

  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events

  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback

  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

  • Develop and maintain “leads” list including digital (social media based) opportunities.

  • Manage the prospect/opportunities list to ensure that efforts are moving forward based upon agreed scheduling.

  • Develop, manage, and implement detail strategies and programs for concierge level client service and “customer touch” activities.

  • Develop, manage, and implement detail strategies and programs for new client growth.

  • Develop, implement, and record client satisfaction measurement and call system…and appropriate follow-up activities.

  • Prepare on-site client and prospect presentations and manage presentation process.

  • Work on trademarking and implementation of “Virtual Wealth Management Office” which will be a best of class client review program.

  • Develop and execute any local, regional, or national marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare, manage, and edit - newsletters, white papers, and content for distribution to clients, prospects, and social media.

  • Full responsibility for working with RJ compliance on all web-site, printed, and other materials.

  • Manage team web-site, including optimization, statistical analysis, and site modification.

  • Develop and source content for team web-site and other publications.

  • Lead all interaction with RJ marketing on development and deployment of marketing materials.

  • Work with outside vendors to develop materials and devise marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate with outside vendors for special event, client appreciation, and advisory council programs.

  • Provide graphic design expertise in the development and implementation of marketing programs. Work/manage print material with internal and external vendors – negotiate contracts as appropriate.

  • Coordinate efforts to gather data and assist Financial Advisors in preparing responses to requests for client proposals.

  • Send clients and prospects introductory and on-going communication inviting them to presentations, events, and activities.

  • Develop, plan, and manage client event programs and special events that result in appropriate returns on investment.

  • Manage “Advisory Council” meetings, communication and activities.

  • Provide leadership (in conjunction with FAs) in customization of marketing material, pitch books, and overall communication.

  • Manage vendor relationships. Contracts, and payments.

  • Provides leadership in the customized design, maintenance, and on-going modification of the team internet web-site.

  • Ensure that web-sites are optimized for PC, tablet, and smart phone use.

  • Provide high quality back-up client services activity and handling. Fully integrate a back-up customer service associate skill set into daily activities.

  • Maintain expertise in practice management tools and resources, client reporting, and compliance practices.

  • (Via education) remain current in industry, marketing, education, and digital trends and opportunities.

  • Develop internal RJ relationships to maximize team effectiveness.

  • Supports execution of a strategic plan to monitor and control expenses, facilitate revenue growth, and improve productivity.

  • Develop and support delivery of client experience, including maintain administrative procedures and coordinating customer requests.

  • Participate in conference calls and meetings with prospects to understand business and product mix to address issues, interests and concerns.

  • Manage ledger for marketing budget and make financially responsible recommendations regarding the budget.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms

  • Experience with all of the Adobe Suite programs

  • Ability to multitask and take initiative

  • Hardworking and dedicated outlook

  • Experience with content creation a plus

  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
