Genacross Family & Youth Services requires strong, confident staff members, who have the capacity to deal with high-risk youth who have behavioral and emotional difficulties. Youth may experience frequent emotional crises and be assaultive and/or destructive. You must have the skills to verbally de-escalate a crisis and to use mature judgment with a youth who is out of control. You will need leadership skills, milieu management skills, high energy levels, self-discipline, a cool approach to volatile situations, reliability, flexibility, and dedication.

We are currently hiring for 2nd shift positions for our Liberty Center and Toledo/Whitehouse/Oregon areas. Experience working with high-risk youth, or a background in coaching, military or security is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is also preferred. Hiring full time staff. Starting pay is between 12.13 - 14.78 an hour, depending on location,degree, shift, etc., plus benefits. Must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license, and a high school diploma or GED.
