To be successful as a Lead Technician, you will maintain diesel equipment operations by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements. You will have the ability to correct engine deficiencies, make adjustments, alignments and keep accurate records of time and parts. You will consistently maintain the image and vision of the organization and achieve the sales goals of the company. An outstanding Lead Tech should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
