Vice President of Marketing, Communication & PR



The Vice President of Marketing, Communication & PR  will develop, lead, and implement PharmD Live’s marketing and communications business strategy. The VP will be responsible for all external and internal communication channels and ensure that PharmD Live’s message is distributed across channels to targeted audiences to meet sales objectives and the company’s brand recognition is consistently nurtured.



 



Essential Duties/Responsibilities





  • Build a high-performing, growth-focused marketing team.




  • Develop a deep understanding of the Company's products, market and customer personas.




  • Develop and maintain the Company’s brand and monitor brand loyalty across all public communications.




  • Support the CEO and other executive team member’s writing and presentation. needs—for blogs, presentations, speeches, media engagements, press releases, etc.




  • Plan, conceptualize and produce all collateral—annual reports, presentations, fact sheets, etc.




  • Integrate and coordinate marketing and communication efforts across various departments to ensure consistent messaging and identify opportunities for cross-promotion.




  • Utilize diverse communication channels (print, digital, and social) and leverage new technologies for effective communication and engagement.




  • Plan, conceptualize, direct, and produce all conference marketing and media materials.




  • Oversee all marketing and communications efforts for the Company.




  • Manage marketing and communication support to help meet the Company’s revenue goals.




  • Establish departmental and individual goals and metrics, and monitor performance and results.




  • Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors for creative, PR, design, print, and other marketing and communication needs for the Company on an as-needed basis.




  • Direct and manage marketing and communications staff and budget.




  • Lead the development and execution of the Company’s public relations strategy with specific focus to a broad, consumer audience.




  • Oversee integration and implementation of internal and external public communications, strategic communications planning, media relations, and corporate identity strategies and tactics.




  • Responsible for developing new strategic partnerships and programs that will further the Company’s brand.




  • Responsible for generating ongoing, opportunistic public relations outreach nationwide.




  • Oversee the development and implementation of all media support materials (e.g., press kits, backgrounders, press releases, fact sheets, bios) in areas as needed.




  • Support and develop special events and internal communications as needed.
