My client is a national market leader of high quality homes and has been established for over 40 years. Due to ongoing growth  and harry relocating out of state, the opportunity has opened for another talented Project Manager to take his place. 



You would be working with a team of other Construction Managers in the Operations Department out of Denham Springs. Your role would be to prepare sites for the construction of houses(link removed)>As part of your role you would receive ongoing support and training and also have the chance to progress within this highly successful company.



Previous construction experience is essential, and you should also be able to demonstrate that you understand water, roadway, sewage & drainage development. If you have experience in commercial development, this would also be an advantage. You should also have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
