Job Title: Supervisor, MHP (job requires 2,000-6,000 hours working with children under age 18 with a disability depending on educational background) BCaBA certification required for this position.
Reports To: Clinical Director
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Requirements:
Currently holds BCaBA credential.
Bachelor’s degree plus 2000 hours working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodology. In addition, the candidate must be proficient and experienced in ABA therapy and display a mastery of basic ABA principles.
Supervision
- Provide supervision hours to RBTs
- Provide supervision and training to Lead Therapist
- Assist Lead Therapists with ITPs, programming, behavior plans, supervision, training, Catalyst, etc.
- Provide supervision and training to new hires
- Supervise lunch and snack rotations
- Supervise community outings (e.g., park trips, field trips)
- Check off staff on RBT competencies
Caseload
- Supervise of 6-8 clients
- Provide overlaps/training to BTs and RBTs on client caseload
- Write and update ITPs and behavior plans
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ELM)
- Client programming and interventions
- Create client-specific stimuli
- Schedule and lead ITP meetings and client team meetings
- Schedule and provide family skills training
- Coordinate interdisciplinary services (e.g., ST, OT, PT) that clients may be receiving in conjunction with ABA
Other
- Assist the Clinical Director and Executive Director as needed/directed
- Assist with client barrier behavior
- Assist in new client evaluations
- Lead team meetings, Friday staff training, and/or In-Service training as needed/directed
- Conduct new hire training
- Back-up client/staff scheduling
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy as needed/directed
- Complete and/or supervise opener/closer responsibilities as needed/directed
- Attend functions/events by representing/promoting Comfort Autism Center
- Prepare for audits and site visits by regulatory authorities and licensing authorities/insurance providers
- Keep up to date on new therapy techniques, review ABA literature for new developments, complete CEU requirements, and report them to Clinical Director and Executive Director
- Participate in interviews as needed/directed
