Education:  Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Computer  Science,  Information Systems,  Engineering,  Business,  Finance  or  related  scientific  or technical discipline.



Minimum of eight (8) years’ work experience and in-

depth knowledge of providing financial analysis with Marine Corps  financial systems/feeder systems.  Three (3) of the eight(8) years must be within the last five (5) years.

Functional knowledge or hands-on experience with Marine Corps Financial Management Standard Operating Procedures Order MCO P7300.21.

End user work experience with the Standard Accounting, Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS).

Functional knowledge or hands-on experience with Oracle R12 Financials to include Financials, Costing, Purchasing, Order Management, Fixed Assets, Universal Work Queue, OBIEE and Management Dashboards.

Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis with respect to all designed GCSS Logistic processes.

 

Substitution: Education may be substituted with ten (10) years

of  Marine  Corps  financial  analysis  experience.        Five  (5)  of  the ten (10) years must be within the last eight (8) years.
