West Palm Beach area firm is seeking a Project Manager with Senior Living facilities experience.  Will be involved in all aspects of project development and responsible for balancing design, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations and provide direction to colleagues and consultants at all levels to ensure the project is completed as planned, budgeted, and scheduled.  Will lead teams in the development of projects from conceptual sketches through construction documents with a collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to ensure project scope, budget and schedule are met.  Must have a Master’s degree in architecture and a minimum of 10 years of experience that includes Assisted Living with Memory Care, Adult Daycare, Independent Living, or long term geriatric or short term recovery Skilled Nursing project planning and management experience.  Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit software as well have some knowledge of Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma and Deltek Vision and familiarity with sustainability and LEED guidelines.  Salary up to $100,000
