Position: Sales and Account Management
- We’re looking for a professional that possesses technical, B2B, over the phone and in-person sales experience. The Sales position will be responsible for new video-vendor acquisition/sign-up and new video-buyer sales and sign-up. The ability to cultivate relationships and secure sales opportunities are key responsibilities. Previous IP-Based Video Hardware/Application and system knowledge is required.
Job Duties
- Implementation of IP Based Video Application for aggregation/centralization on sell-side and buy-side
- Seller/Buyer generation via sales calls, social media, approved emails, direct mail, and networking; develop strategic goals and call objectives to acquire and grow account book
- Sell and teach customer-buyers the online purchasing process, sell and teach vendor-sellers the online selling process and perform post seller/buyer services
- Maintain an in depth knowledge of complete product line and services via training/research
- Maintain and develop a sense of the market and product trends
- Create sales and long term customers by being an educator, consultant, and dependable resource
- Provide pre and post video-seller/video-buyer support, and everything in between
- Provide a bridge between customers and management/R&D to continually implement new features and benefits that sellers/buyers want
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, confident demeanor
- 1 - 5+ years of relevant experience in the IP Video Hardware industry
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or strong technical background in IP Video Hardware
- Expert knowledge of IT (network), IP cameras, Video Management Software, and CCTV associated technologies
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Must possess strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Sales Mentality/Self starter – recognizes what needs to be done to achieve goals, creates solutions from scratch, exceeds sales goals, requires minimal management oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type:
- Full-time
- Starting Base Salary: $40,000+/year
- Commissions: Unlimited
