Job Description/Summary:



You will be an instructor for the advanced counterintelligence cyber curriculum. Your duties will include creating courses and content at the client’s request to facilitate instruction of well-established and proprietary cyber methodologies for counterintelligence professionals.  You will also be responsible for the creation of course material which enables the advanced use of cyber equities and platforms in CI operations, collections, and investigations. The instructor is required to maintain technical knowledge through participation in industry and government working groups and attendance at major technical conferences – and to bring that information into the classroom as course content.



 



Responsibilities:



You will serve as a Senior-Level CI SME/Instructor for the JCITA Cyber CI Curriculum.



You will develop and deliver advanced Counterintelligence in a cyber-environment course curriculum meeting stakeholder training requirements.  Research of current adversary Training, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and implement appropriately into course curriculum. Provide input to organizational leadership in the development of Courses of Action (COA) to meet stakeholder requirements.







Required Qualifications:




  • You will need to  be a graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent course.

  • TS/SCI CI Polygraph

  • You must have specific expertise in CI Force Protection, CI Investigations, CI/CE Operations, CI Collections, and/or CI Analysis is desired.

  • You will possess in depth understanding of Counterintelligence activities conducted in a cyber environment with a minimum of five (5 ) years’ experience conducting or supporting OFCO, CI Investigations, and/or CI collection in cyberspace.

  • You must have demonstrated knowledge of computer and network systems, equipment, and protocols to a degree sufficient to independently research, write, explain and productively participate in team activity.

  • Experience speaking in front of large groups is mandatory.



 

Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Science in a technology-related field or Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence or Law Enforcement (preferred)



 



At least one of the following certifications is required:




  • DoD Basic Digital Media Collector + DoD Basic Digital Media Forensic Examiner of DoD Computer Crime Investigator

  • Vendor-based computer forensic certification, such as EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) or Access Data Certified Examiner (ACE)

  • Non-vendor computer forensic certification such as IACIS Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), ISFCE Certified Computer Examiner (CCE)or GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE)

  • CompTIA A+, Net+, and Sec+

  • Graduate of Windows Forensic Exam (WFE), Introduction to Networks and Computer HW (INCH) or the Computer Incident Response Course (CIRC)

  • Any technical GIAC certification

  • Other desired certifications/training:




  • Wireshark

  • Splunk

  • AWS

  • Vmware

  • Scripting Languages

  • Mobile, vehicle, and wireless forensics

  • Memory and/or malware analysis
