Position Overview



The Manager, Solution Strategy is a critical member of the Solution Innovation team; and works across all levels of the organization. Reporting to the SVP, Solution Strategy and Innovation, support a wide variety of critical activities for the Solution Innovation team. The role will support key efforts to define new products and design the user experience.



 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):




  • Support workshops, design thinking, and info sessions with the industry and customers

  • Support market & user experience research initiatives aligned to discover, explore, test and listen to users in order understand user behaviors, motivations, goals, and needs for solutions

  • Support the synthesis of research into solution insights, strategies, and the development of corresponding business cases

  • Assist in solution ideation, rapid prototyping, and usability testing

  • Conduct qualitative usability testing for solutions as necessary

  • Transform strategies into tactical plans

  • Assist in facilitation of Agile ceremonies



 



Minimum Qualifications and Experience






    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education (Master’s preferred)

    • 3-5+ years’ experience in product/solution management in an Agile environment

    • Experience with various UX/UI methodologies

    • Kanban, Agile, and/or SAFe experience

    • Experience in building wireframes, workflows, and/or visual design preferred

    • Experience in financial services and/or insurance industry

    • Experience in technology product/solution R&D

    • Experience conducting workshops, interviews, focus groups, and engaging users

    • Excels at development of materials for senior level leaders and/or executives

    • High attention to detail and ability to articulate a vision

    • Excellent communication and listening skills





 



Physical and Environmental Conditions



This position is remote and will be based in the Atlanta area. Requires overnight travel as needed to customer locations, industry events and other work locations for training and internal planning and strategy meetings.
