REPAIR COORDINATOR
Duties/Responsibilities
· Coordinate with customers for necessary repair cost and time frame
· Coordinate and order parts with approved vendors for repair work
· Create and post notices for any repair work being performed
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Prepare and place Work Orders, Shop Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders for repairs
· Research and correct problem PO’s
· Provide ongoing communication with each customer via phone and/or email
· Resolve customer questions and issues promptly
· Coordinate inventory reporting, tracking, and stock buyouts
· Maintain organization, provide data analysis
· Support with other office duties, as needed
· Support all Koch facilities
· Support Oxy repairs
· Provide customers with price break downs as needed
· Keep job folders up to date. Include all documentation in job folder (po, packing slips, price breakdowns, sales order, etc.)
· Work with Abby for invoicing repairs, this includes giving her complete job files with all required documentation.
· Support Baker Hughes facilities and help manage their valve pool
· Support Evonik facilities and help manage their valve pool
· Keep Farris, repair and Groth whiteboards current and up to date
· Work with customers on repair vs. new (provide them new vs. repair pricing)
· Requisition and stage necessary parts for ALL repair orders (keep the appropriate csr in the loop)
· Allocate ALL parts to the correct work order and copy the inventory team after so the can pull and check out the parts
· Must be able to travel if the job requires it
· Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol test
· Update and publish the field service calendar
· Train and mentor -3 work order setups
· Scr management
· Tag inventory management
· Available for weekend support as needed
