We are currently hiring a Residential Engineer to supervise the planning, coordination and implementation of residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate construction projects and determine the best method to complete the project.


• Create structural design of housing projects including floor framing, roof, and foundation.


• Establish an estimated cost and time frame to complete multiple projects simultaneously


• Create


• Ensure projects adhere to all government and industry standards and guidelines.


• Obtain special permits or records when necessary.


• Excellent Oral and written communication.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience reading and understanding blueprints and technical diagrams


• 5 years of experience working in residential structural engineering


• 5 years of experience working with diagnostic and quality measuring tools


• 3 years of experience working in multi-family homes, condos and apartment buildings.


• 3 years of experience working in computer aided drafting, Auto CAD.
