Summary
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Manager of Training and Communications to join the Ethics & Compliance team of Client's eCommerce by creating innovative and engaging training and communications related to Ethics and Compliance. This position requires initiative, creativity, attention to detail, willingness and ability to learn quickly, to manage internal relationships and India support services team.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Developing innovative ethics and compliance training courses for a growing organization of more than 20,000 employees
• Developing and implementing strategies to measure the effectiveness of training and communication programs.
• Enhancing processes for tracking and reporting training compliance
• Delivering engaging training presentations
• Writing and editing communication materials related to ethics and compliance
• Administering training on a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Deliver in-person training courses
• Create and deploy ethics and compliance communication campaigns Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years experience in the education or training field
• Strong writing, editing, and communications skills
• Experience as an LMS administrator and training course creator Required Skills
