As a part of a small team , this position will have a large impact on the IT of the entire company. You will serve as the face of the IT support departments main point of contact. Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. 



Qualifications:



-A+ Certification or above REQUIRED



- Networking experience with routing and switching of network equipment (Cisco preferred) 



-3 + Years of technical support experience 



Experience with LAN/WAN, Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory
