Do you have Call Center experience and are looking for an opportunity to start a career? We have the perfect job for you! This position is temp-to-hire. The inbound call center offers many opportunities for growth and development. No sales involved. You will not only further develop your CSR skills but will also gain experience with Health and Human Services.



Responsibilities:





  • Respond to inbound customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner




  • Provide callers with unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements for CHIP, Medicaid and SNAP




  • Access, review, & interpret customer application and contents




  • Accurately perform all data entry functions to reflect customer activities/transactions




  • Answer customer questions & assists in problem resolution




  • Assist customers in the enrollment process of CHIP, Medicaid, SNAP or other benefits




  • Document all client encounters in clear & concise logs




  • Assist inbound callers with benefit application process.




  • Accurately update existing client accounts





Requirements:





  • Ability to sit at your desk for at least 90% of your work day




  • Must be flexible to work MON-FRI between the hours of 6am- 8pm




  • Must consent to a background check




  • Required to type a minimum of 30 WPM or more



    Cannot request time off during first 45 days




  •  



  • Available for overtime during peak season



Experience:





  • 6 months call center experience




  • Strong customer service




  • Computer navigation skill



  • Quick learner



Knowledge and Skills:





  • Must work well in team settings and have the ability to problem solve, negotiate, and multitask.




  • Organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills are a must.




  • High School Diploma/GED




  • Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity




  • Professional phone etiquette




  • Positive attitude




  • Ability to solve problems



  • Time management
